I was nervous to order since Korean ramen is typically too spicy for me but this had the perfect amount of heat. I would describe the heat level equivalent to putting franks red hot in your ramen. I also like that the noodles have a bit of chew to them unlike cheap ramen which gets a bit mushy for my taste. I highly recommend adding a slice of cheese to this its delicious. I will definitely be buying this again.

I switched from Nongshim veggie to this brand and found the broth much better and not overwhelming . The noodles are firm and enjoyed it very much. Quite a lot of noodles and will continue to purchase this brand.

The time It recommends you to cook the noodle's on the package results in the noodles being real slimey, I recommending cooking the noodles just to the point where they barley start being chewy. I haven't tried any other soy flavored noodles, but I have had some good soy sauce (lee kum kee). And tasting these, with their slight spiciness added to the mix, they are pretty good.

Tastes better than most Chinese Takeout, and no tipping required. If you're an American of a certain age, even one who lives in a cosmopolitan part of the country, you may find the unembellished product very hot. But any ramenite doesn't stop with the basics. Mushrooms for one. scallions for another. I always have cooked pork tenderloins around. Cube some slices, throw em in a minute before the seasoning package. You might get two decent portions. About $4 box. . Maybe Amazon could sell mega packs for less. Update: they do. Also a little beef broth at the end gives a better balance of soup to noodle. Not for folk whose blood pressure is elevated by sodium.

The noodles are thicker than the usual cheap ones from the local grocery stores. The mild is a bit spicy for me. My lips will tingle. The taste is amazing and I've been eating it all winter. For a dinner I will add veggies (red peppers, tomatoes & corn are my favorite) as a topping along with a hard boiled egg & some type of meat that I have on hand. It is very filling and I usually share a package with my son. Thanks Kim Seokjin for introducing this to me! 💜

Would never buy these again. Tasted oily and rancid. Waste of money to me. Short expiration date too

Although labelled mild, I would describe as mildly spicy as there is a little bit of heat. Makes a quick and satisfying, hot snack that can be dressed up with vegetables or protein of your choice for a meal.

They're okay for ramem.
