great shirt
Bought this shirt for trip to Outer Banks (Frisco, NC) where I was planning on kayak fishing in Pamlico Sound near Hatteras Inlet. Shirt did the trick in full sun. Wicked sweat away and dried so fast in the sun that I found myself splashing water to wet it to stay cooler. Great length in sleeves for max coverage. Good length at waist as well. Material had a nice soft feel to it. Yellow got pretty dirty between muddy sand and fish blood, but all washed out with not treatment. Be sure to tumble dry on no heat or monitor on low in dryer. Going to order 1 or 2 more in different colors.

Nice Looking and Good Sun Protection!
I bought this for my husband for a trip to Aruba. He is so fair that he burns at the littlest bit of sun. He was able to wear this in the pool and to the beach without any problems. No sunburn and it kept him cool. I’ve bought this in multiple colors and they’re all awesome! He is 6’3 and 290 lbs. I got him XXL it fit with a tad bit of room to spare.

Portable shade and instant sunscreen in one. Pick up a pair of the omni-shade pants too!
These things are fantastic and well worth the sticker price. I was very, very leery of buying the Professional Fishing Gear (PFG) sales hype mess that is typical of such overpriced clothing, but this stuff lives up it's name sake. After a bad expedition that left me severely burned despite typical precautions, I ordered one of these. Since then, I've ordered three more. They are absolutely great. Loose fitting, comfortable, airy and repels moisture and heat like nobody's business.I've fished all day in constant sun in these shirts (and the omni-shade pants) and never gotten remotely uncomfortable. I love them so much I've taken to wearing them for yard work or any outing that is going to have me in the sun for long periods of time. They are loose fitting, so keep that in mind with your sizing. I'm a hefty built fellow, and got a large, but could have easily worn a medium. I like mine to be loose, but some people prefer a more snug look. And just like other shirts of this material, you will catch a snag if you brush up against anything rough.

Runs big, Yellow is a true sunny yellow - not dull as pictured
Love these for my husband. He hates sunscreen on the water and these help protect him. He is always hot but somehow he says if he's too hot while shirtless he cools off when he puts this on. Must reflect the sun or something - but it works. He's cooler with it on and in 100+ temps, on the water for 10+ hours he doesn't get any color at all - certainly not burnt. I bought a few for myself but they only have a few colors for womenThe yellow is not dull as pictured - more of a true sunny yellow. Doesn't look feminineThe moxie is a bit of a neon green - a more muted tone than road construction men wear, but similar.Vivid blue is as pictured - a true blue in the royal blue familyThese run VERY big. My husband is a solid large in almost everything - +/- 42-44in chest. He fits in to a size small comfortably but opts for a medium for a bit of a looser fit which is more comfortable for him in hot weather. The large is what you'd expect to be a XXL. Oddly the women's are true to size. We found he also wears a medium in the blood and guts series of button up shirts. Maybe it's vanity sizing for men :)

Trouble in paradise! Good luck getting the right shirt!
-I bought the size Medium, color Mirage/PFG Logo.First off, let me say that this is a good shirt. Its nice and lightweight, and provides plenty of coverage for sun protection.I ordered a size down based on the advice of another commenter, and it was good advice. The size Medium is plenty big enough for a tall, thin, lanky guy.The problem with ordering this shirt is that Amazon is mixing up too many products in one listing and thus is creating some confusion. Even their own staff is confused and are shipping product that doesn't match the displayed photos. The listing is for a "Polo Shirt." Most of the time that would mean a shirt with a collar.Actually, some of the shirts have collars, some don't. It's seemingly random which one you will get. One customer expected one without a collar and got a shirt with a collar. I expected one with a collar and got one without. The logos and graphics shown in the associated photos aren't necessarily the ones you will get either. There are four logos: The small "Columbia PFG" logo and graphic on the front, one of various large fish logos and graphics on the back or a small inverted triangle "PFG Professional Fishing Gear" logo and graphic on the back near the neck; or finally, the large billboard style logo and graphic that covers the entire left sleeve in very large font with "Columbia PFG."I expected the small front logo and the large fish logo on the back. I received the small front logo and the large billboard logo on the left sleeve. It's a good shirt, but you're rolling the dice on which one you will get.-

Looks good
Got this as a Christmas gift for a loved one who is prone to skin cancer. It looks good and can be worn year round. It might not be warm without a coat in winter but it's a great, nice looking shirt.

check your size go for 2 size bigger than actual you wear. size chart is mentioned wrong.
correct your size chart. length of t shirt is very short in actual & go for one size bigger if anyone have to purchase. I had to purchase M size. but for this one I purchase XXL. my height is 5.9" ft . however this shirt is slim fit not for fatty guy. quality is outstanding.
