I’m really impressed with these massage lacrosse balls. The quality is excellent — they’re firm, durable, and hold their shape even with regular use. You can tell they’re made from solid material that won’t crack or soften over time. They’ve been incredibly helpful for deep tissue and muscle pain recovery. I use them on my back, shoulders, glutes, and feet, and they really help target tight spots and release tension. After workouts or long days sitting at a desk, they make a noticeable difference in reducing soreness and stiffness.

For the last 5 months I have been dealing with a nagging pain between my shoulder blades, that no matter how much my chiropractor tried (and how much i foam rolled), that vertebrae would not move... and it was because my entire upper back felt like a rock. Every morning I woke up feeling like I got in a car accident in my sleep - i was just so tight and sore .... from sleeping! As soon as I saw the notification that Amazon delivered these massage balls, I dropped everything and got right to work. I spent 20 painful minutes releasing the left side of my back from the top of my shoulder to the bottom of my shoulder blade. Every single spot was tight and needed attention. Then I spent a few minutes along my spine on the right side where that stubborn vertebrae was. At that point I felt ready I asked my husband to give me a giant bear hug and POP! That vertebrae that refused to move for 5 MONTHS finally popped back into place! Instant relief! I felt like I could cry I was so happy. That night, I laid in bed on my side, and for the first time in two years, it didn't hurt to lay down. My ribs weren't pinching and the ache between my shoulder blades was finally gone. I actually got a good night of sleep, and I didn't wake up in horrific pain! Today is day 2. I spent 20 minutes on the right side of my back to balance things out (top of the shoulder to the bottom of my shoulder blade, again). All of the myofacial release actually made me feel quite exhausted, which apparently is normal as youbgain blood flow and yoir body is doing a lot of healing. I guzzled loads of water and rested to allow my body to heal... but man, does my back feel so much better than it has in years. I don't know how I lived so long without these things - something so simple has provided me with so much relief in such a short time!! I am sure I will tell everyone I know about how they changed my life for the better.

These massage balls are decent quality and come at a great price, especially for a set of two. They’re helpful for general muscle relief and yoga therapy, but they’re softer than I was expecting. If you're looking for deep, intense pressure for serious knots or trigger points, they might not be firm enough. Still, they work well for lighter massage and are a good value overall.

Perfect for relieving Piriformis and IT band tightness. Great for travel to keep up with therapy. Sturdy too! Dog got to it and wasn't able to demolish it!

Not too hard, not too soft. I use them all of the time, and I have given many away as gifts. Great for reducing tight glutes, hip flexors, scapula, calf muscles, and foot tension. I have even laid on them and tried to target pec muscles. They will assist in reducing tightness in the long run, but make no mistake, it is going to hurt. You are going to have to lean into it. Fascia is stubborn. Some muscles are just angry. Think of it as self-imposed deep tissue massage. It is not as bad when you use them more often. A great compliment to foam rolling. As a tool, I recommend these balls. Keep them in your gym bag.

These are great for pain and releasing tight muscles. Great size. I been using them daily since I got them.

I work in the dental field so shoulder, neck and back issues can be pretty frequent. These are game changers! I use them while standing against the wall and lean into it with whatever pressure needed. No need to have another person to knead out the knots anymore. The rubber keeps it from being slippery and there is a slight give to them which is helpful. I keep one at home and one at work. My coworkers love it, too!

I really like them. I tried them once they arrived. I think they helped a lot. But since the surface is smooth, it might not be ultimate to relax bottom feet.
