This really saved a lot of fuel money by facilitating putting up heavy velvet curtains over a drafty door where complexities of the door frame and room prevented standard rails. Very strong rail, easily adjusted for length. You will need a bit of strength to put it up as it's sprung loaded with a necessarily strong spring. Comes with rests you can attach to the wall for more support if it's on a slippery surface, but no need on our painted wallpaper. Extremely cheap for what it is, very pleased.

Really strong, sturdy tension rod. It's been up for well over a month with daily use and has not shifted. However the standard shower rings I had were too small to fit on it. Luckily I had some old fashioned shower curtain rings that did fit, so got the job done

Was not sure if this would do the job. It's a very very long window. Holds perfectly, very very easy to fit and assemble. Would have been easier with 2 people due to the length and weight of curtains, but did go up and held well. Managed it by myself, can't fault it. Time will tell if the springs loosen but for now it's rock solid and does not slip.

I was a bit sceptical about this curtain pole holding the weight of Christmas garlands, but it was perfect for the purpose. Well made,really firm fit and did not mark the walls.

These were bought as a solution for fitting curtain poles in awkward dormer windows. They do the job well, although the curtains get caught where the pole extends and on the metal pin that holds the extension in place.They do seem very strong and have held up some heavy thermal curtains without budging.
