No instructions, what was there was not in English. Their video did not demonstrate anything useful. I returned it.

Guys, this thing is for pickles. cucumbers or tomatoes with salt for the winter. this is traditional for Eastern Europe, of course it is not for soda😄 and for one size of jars, yes. we just don't need instructions, we saw how our grandmothers and mothers did it. I'm glad I found it here in the USA.
