The quality is equal to or better than the set my physical therapist had me using in his office while being treated for an injury. I wanted to purchase a similar set for home use, but many of the others I've seen on the market are not made with the quality of these bands, and the ones I saw in stores felt flimsy.On the Mind Body Fitness product... the nylon stitching is excellent and the entire set is well made... the handles were not too narrow. The clips are easy to use. Everything is well marked with the weight amount easy to read. I'm pretty confident that these will last for a long time.I appreciated the included bag for easy use with travel and taking back and forth from home to office, and for quick storage so the set doesn't clutter up the house.However the real stand-out of the package was the well written and easy to follow 101 page (one hundred and one pages!) PDF instruction manual.The color photos are large and make the exercises easy to follow.
