I have a home bakery and make a lot of sugar cookies. This is my favorite meringue powder to use for royal icing, and I’ve tried quite a few. It mixes easily.

Love the taste. I use it for making Royal icing instead of egg whites. It is easy to use.

OMG, what a freaking mess. If you are usually a Wilton Merangue mix user please read the instructions first. I thought I could mix the way I've mixed the Wilton stuff for the past 30+ years. You know, put everything in the bowl and turn on. Turns out I was wrong. I had more of this sticky crap on my mixer, countertop, cabinets & floor than what was left in the mixer bowl . . . and I even had covered the mixer with a tea cloth to catch splatters. Going back to Wilton. At this point I'm not even sure if this stuff will cure and harden on the cookies.

I use this product all the time for baking and is the best!

I really like this stuff and it is peanut free which is important for my family. Great for making Royal Icing. A great alternative for Wilton that is not peanut free.

Ordered and received in Jan. Expires in March. No normal person can use 16 oz. of meringue in less than 2 months! Not returnable or exchangeable which wasn't made known when I purchased it. If you aren't a bakery that uses huge amounts of meringue quickly, beware!

Makes the best royal icing!

I love this product especially when I make the Pavlova! I bake the Pavlova on the non-stick baking/grilling sheets. Perfect!
