Awesome chair!!
I bought two of these chairs and we’re buying a third before long. Why spend a hundred dollars or more on a chair? This chair is absolutely perfect. It’s lightweight. Easy to set up very durable. Holds the weight of a normal adult. It’s easy to get in and out of as well and I have a bad back. I like the mesh fabric, which is very strong and durable. It allows for breathability, and in case it gets wet it’s easy to dry out quick. It’s well worth the money my kid even with using it as a rocking chair which drove me crazy because I thought he would break it, but he didn’t all in all. This is a fantastic product. I take it everywhere now it doesn’t sit too low to the ground it doesn’t sit too high. It has very good back support also - well worth it.

What I needed
I wanted a chair that was lightweight and small enough to put in a bag and so I wouldn't feel weighed down and this chair is exactly that. At first it I didn't think I would be able to assemble it. Here's a tip: assemble the frame first. Then start with the bottom portion. Insert one leg and then detach the other bottom leg from the upper joint rather than from the base. Slip on the fabric and then force the leg back in. It takes a little muscle and is easier to tell if it snaps back in completely than if you were to detach from the base. Repeat for the top portion. You could say it's unstable however I use that feature to sway in it during an outside concert on a lawn. I wouldn't try to sit on a unleveled rocks.

Perfect compact chair
I chose this chair because of it’s compact size and also the material seemed less stiff than other, less expensive camping chairs. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and sturdy (for this 90 lb lady). It fits just right in my mini backpack too. Super convenient! Update: the material on one of the corners came out of the stitching. It’s underneath so not really noticeable but hoping this doesn’t happen anywhere else. Update: I’ve had this chair for a couple of years now and as other reviewers have noted, the corner busted. I took it on a camping trip and let others use it and I think that’s what caused it to bust. They were well under the weight limit for the chair, but I guess it’s just a defect. Too bad. I really liked this chair. I wonder if I had kept it to myself, if it would still be in good shape. I weigh less than 100 lbs and it had been holding up just fine. On a side note- REI sells a replacement seat for their Flexlite chair for $20 it fits the Trekology frame.

Light but flimsy
Short Version: Like the weight and the comfort, but the fabric tore within the first few uses. I simply shifted my weight and heard a terrible tear. I weight 190lbs. This chair has a great price to weight ratio. On my scales it came in at 1lb 8 oz without the stuff sack and 1lb 10 ounces with the sack. The chair does sit low to the ground but I didnt find that to be a problem. What I did find to be a problem was the way the chair leaned fairly far back and had a low back (at least for a guy who is 6'1") I felt like it I sat in the chair for an extended period of time my neck would start to hurt from holding my neck up while in a very reclined position. The deal breaker was when I shifted my weight and the seat tore. Very glad it happened while I was still within the return window.

Awesome chair and awesome customer service!!!!!
I love my chair! I'm a 67 year old backpacking woman on a budget and to find an affordable chair was amazing! It's built well and easy to put together! But what I really like is their customer service! I had an issue with the seat cover and it was taking care of in less than 48 hours! WOW, unbelievable with the crappy customer service now a days! If you want to spend your hard earned $$$$ on a name on a label please do so but if you want a light weight, comfy chair with excellent customer service get yourself a Trekology. I would buy another one tomorrow!!!! Poppy loves it too!!! AKA Birdie

Not the Sturdiest
Definitely lives up to the ultralight and compact part. Packs down very small! My gripes are mainly with the material and the height. This thing is only a few inches off the ground, making getting into and out of it a little bit of a chore. Being so low does give a nice, feet kicked out, relaxing feeling though. The material seems like it would stand the test of time but using it for a week straight in Louisiana caused stress tears and seams to become frayed and ripped out around the site where the chair slips onto the frame. Could just be a QA/QC issue. All together not a bad chair but I will be looking for one that sits a little higher and has more reinforcement on the mounting sites.

Best used by people weighing less than 100 lbs
We bought this chair a year ago (July 19, 2023). It was great and easy to assemble, transport, break down, and sit in. We used this product sparingly from July-Oct. And then started using again as camping season began in the spring. End of June this year both bottom corners of the seat failed (the seams ripped). Not very hearty... My husband used the chair. Perhaps the company should add alerts: sit lightly, use periodically, and best used if under 100lbs.

軽量で良さそうだったので買いましたが、不良品でした。布の方?のサイズがポールの差し込み口と全く合わず、組み立てられませんでした。軽いし質も悪くなく、値段も手頃で悪くなかったのに、とても残念です。返品しました。

I think a chair is an essential camping item. It's super comfortable, hopefully it stays rigid and functional. I got this small one as it fits in my tents (Opulus 2) vestible very easily also it's very light to backpack.

I'm pleased with. Packs reasonably small and quite light. Makes camping and trekking far more comfortable.
