This is a well-formulated supplement with good quality ingredients. That said, no vitamin works effectively in isolation. Its real value depends on proper cofactors such as magnesium, vitamin K2 (when relevant), adequate protein intake, gut health, sleep quality, and overall metabolic balance. Supplements should always be viewed as part of a comprehensive health strategy, not as a standalone solution. Good product when used within a well-structured wellness routine.

I take this Vitamin K2 with vitamin D3. I love the fact that they are small and a gel type of supplement, easy to swallow, has no flavor and no smell. I also am able to take on an empty stomach and it doesn't cause any gastric issues.I have noticed with recent blood work that my vitamin D levels have increased vs my previous test that showed it was lower than normal. I also noticed a reduction of my total cholesterol (not sure if it has to do with the K2), but I found it surprising.

This is a great supplement to pair with Vitamin D3 and I think Sports Research makes an excellent quality product. However, they recently changed the packaging design for the worse. While it's visually stylish, the bottle is less compact and a bit harder to open. I hope they'll consider going back to the old form factor while keeping the sleek newer graphic design -- best of both worlds.
