It's a tough read for a modern audience not used to this style of writing, but very detailed and knowledgeable. He's opinionated, but justifiably so, given his vast experience. Worth the read, for sure.

A lovely little hardback edition of A. E. Waite's classic volume on the tarot. With text by the designer of the most famous tarot deck ever conceived, and black and white illustrations of the cards by Pamela Colman Smith, this is the essential volume on the tarot. Highly recommended.

Absolutely awful. Added nothing to my knowledge. Watch some YT; read Vincent Pitisci or L M Duquette's account of the Thoth tarot for the full Golden Dawn approach to Tarot.

There are a lot of reviews of the books material here, which is a little unfair. Though I would review the content well. It's literally by the person who designed and commissioned the associated tarot deck. Anyway, this version is lovely. A hardcover handbook, it's thick and small, and it's layout is great. It's a good quality book, and out of what's available out there, which is many many editions, I am glad I have this one.

Very poor content. Looks like a dull patent document created whenever this deck was created. Very linear explanation of cards and spreads. Highly impractical advice to take for professional readings in real life.

忠実な復刻版かと思ったら、レイアウトやページ割りもオリジナルとは違っています。オリジナル版では、大アルカナの解説は、左ページに文章、右ページにカードの図柄が見開きで見ることが出来るようになっていましたが、この本ではほとんどそうなっていません。見づらいです。さらに、一般に普及している（インターネット上に落ちている）PDFから起こしたのか、あり得ない誤植があります。p.42の、Tetragammaton（Tetragrammatonのスペルが間違っているのは元から）, の後に、オリジナルでは、ヘブライ語で、「יהוה」と印刷されているところが、インターネットに落ちているPDFと同じように、誤って「JVHV」と印刷されています。「JHVH」とかだったら、まだわかりますが。とても残念です。
