Coffee Fool's Ethiopian Yirgacheffe (Whole Bean)

Coffee beans were dry; I've ordered directly from Coffee Fool, and their beans are oily when they're fresh. These coffee beans were old and not as flavorful as those dark, oily beans I was expecting.

After multiple orders, this coffee is always spot on. When you first open the bag, you're hit with a fantastic nutty, roasty smell; like it was just pulled from the roaster. The flavor is equally as good. There is a slight berry-ness to it that is really nice. Ethiopian coffee is my favorite and this one has spoiled me to the point that I have nearly stopped buying coffee anywhere else.

My wife prefers this Yirgacheffe over all others. It is roasted optimally and it has a great taste. good coffee!
