Why does the grey cost more than the espresso?

Gray fake trees to make the fake wood are more rare than espresso fake trees.

Is it possible to connect it to external speakers by BlueTooth?

No, it only works from your mobile's audio (or another paired device) to the speakers of the Victrola. not possible to connect external speakers via bluetooth, but there are audio outputs for wired headphones and wired speakers.

it turns on but does not play

What do you mean by doesn't play? If it's lacking sound, make sure the volume know is turned up beyond the first mark. If either the phonograph or cassette player do not work, I can't help you, but it's likely a belt has slipped or broken. Make sure the FM dial is tuned into an actual station. I once had an older Victrola which had it's amplifier fried after suffering a severe electrical shock (my whole apartment was affected, so I suspect a lightning strike on or near my apt caused the shock). If that's what happened, NOBODY will repair your unit. If it's under warranty, contact the dealer you bought it from, or contact Victrola directly to try and solve the issue.
