Received this Mitt next day (even to Northern Ireland!!). Over the lockdown I have really expanded my selection of detailing equipment, the thing that annoyed me about my previous two mitts was that when they were dipped in buckets they become too heavy for the wrist elastic and there is nothing to grab inside.This signature wash mitt elastics are better quality than my Raiders jacket! It not sliding around really helps for washing the low area of the car like side skirts so it doesn't slip down onto my stoned driveway.Inside the Mitt is split allowing your fingers to grip far better, this really helps with washing areas like my brake ducts on the front bumper (and wheels but I now use my rubbish old halfords one for wheels!).My previous halfords mitts have been 'microfibre noodle' style. I found that the signature Mitt has more contact with my paint, allowing better removal of dirt and no streaks. It also drys out quicker after being cleaned out.I have also purchased a signature drying towel once I saw the Mitt quality so expect a review of it.

I ordered this product initially for my Dad who cleans his car every single week without fail. When it arrived my Husband loved it, the quality is amazing, he went out and used it on our motorhome and said the results were excellent, it left a really good finish. I am now about to order a second one of these for my Dad as my Husband is keeping the original one! :)

This is a really top quality mitt - you can tell that just by looking at how it’s put together. It seems to have a good quality foam inside that gives it much better rigidity than other mitts - and the additional internal stitch prevents the mitt moving around on your hand.It carries a lot of water and suds to the vehicle which speeds up the washing cycle.Highly recommended - I’d happily pay another couple of pounds for a mitt of this quality!

I bought this as I hate cleaning the car but hoped my partner would use it... it worked!,He loved it, he said it holds the water really well and keeps its shape.I now have a gleaming car too!Excellent value for money & really good quality, I definitely recommend this item.

People say it's not what you look like, it's what's inside that's important. There's truth in that, and it seems it also applies to wash mitts.This is a good-quality mitt. I've got a few wash mitts already, and what marks this wash mitt out is the high-quality finish inside (see pic). The mitt really is well-finished inside with a good lining, and it has padding that is a little firmer than most mitts. I really liked this, as while some mitts become a bit loose and flappy when soaked, this mitt holds its shape well.There's plenty of room for large hands inside the mitt, and there's stitching through the mitt at the top end to ensure your hand doesn't flap around inside the mitt and prevents the mitt from slipping round your hand, even if you have small hands. (The stitching forced you to separate your fingers to fit either side of the stitching.The working surface of the mitt is nice fluffy microfibre and while it shed a little, it didn't shed unacceptably. I've uploaded pics of it before and after use, and you can see it doesn't look like it's been dragged through a hedge backwards after it's washed a car.I really like this mitt. I've also got a Meguiar's Microfiber Wash Mitt and I think this Topteck mitt is better, though they're about the same price.

What is it?The Signature Car Care brand from Topteck provides car cleaning tools and equipment to help with your wash routine. This is their premium microfibre wash mitt that is super soft and very comfortable to the touch.How is it?This is my second product from the Topteck's Signature Car Care brand. On initial inspection, the mitt arrived in typical SCC fashion: Well packaged, accompanied with a branded leaflet card to discuss the mitt in depth and with care instructions. It's a high quality product formed by a mixture of microfibre and rayon so I was interested to see how it got on with today's wash.To the touch, it's very soft and plush, while the underlying foam construction is firm and holds its rectangular shape well. The fibres are ever so slightly shorter than the other wash mitts I use but that's not a problem when it comes to carrying the wash solution from the bucket to the car. Coverage is decent and it's not draggy over the panels which makes a good washing experience.Conclusion/Verdict?Priced at £10.99 as a special introductory price at the time of review, this sits between the average and premium range of wash mitts but performs to the latter. Recommended

As expected from Signature Car Care, this is a good quality mitt carefully made and neatly finished. It is soft to the touch with a fairly dense pile which holds water and car shampoo well and is comfortable to use. I particularly like the internal stitching extending 6cm into the glove so fingers are forced either side of it which helps keep the glove comfy on the hand with no risk of it flapping about.I always wash our vehicles by hand and felt this gave a very good finish for relatively little effort. I also prefer to use this than a sponge which tends to trap grit which is then rubbed onto the car body during washing. In contrast, this doesn't retain grit so prevents damage to vehicles' bodywork. Another benefit is when reaching upwards to wash the roof, soapy water is retained within the mitt and cuff rather than running down onto my arm and dribbling up my sleeve as it does when using a sponge or rag.After use, the mitt rinses easily and can be hung to dry naturally ready for its next use. It makes vehicle washing quick and easy and is much more effective than using a sponge or old rag.
