Works good
I really like this pressure tank. It leaked right out of the box. I put a little veg oil on gasket to start with and then I revealed all the loose fittings and I changed the input fitting because I wanted brass to match my air system. Held 40 psi for 48 hrs np. Good product

Well made
This pot is made from very sturdy steel. Thick walled and heavy. I have used it twice and am well pleased both times. I have found by using only 25/30 pounds of pressure works better than 40/50 pounds it is rated. Granted, I used it on small pieces, not anything that would fill the pot up. When I try a big piece I will post a review on that as well. Overall, for the money, this is a very good pressure pot for crafts.

Regulator leaks Air
2 stars to 4 stars update... Customer support for TCP was very helpful after speaking with them had to arrange return and replace for the product...After buying this product I'm happy with the results but the regulator has a leak on it which causes my air compressor to come on frequently. I have reached out to the company for support 3 days ago and have not yet heard back from them. The regulator has a plug on each side both the same but one is metal one is plastic... The plastic one on the side you cannot tighten because it's glued in place that one is the one that is leaking air. I am submitting a photo for you to have a look at so that you can be aware of the same possible issue if you buy this product. REVIEW UPDATE: It's been a week and still have not heard back from customer support on my air leak may have to send back and replace the whole unit, because of the lack of customer service... But I would like to show something I made for the inside of the tank that might help others... I thought with such a large space inside I hated to see all that go to waste, so I made these shelves...Helps me out a lot so I can add more resin crafts at one time and utilize more space. I just bought off Amazon 12" round plexiglass and 1" dowel, I countersunk the screws on the bottom, by the way I cut the dowels at 6" in length... Hope this idea helps others...

Cant go wrong for the price
Worked as it should . Cant go wrong compared to what Reynolds charges for the same identical one.... Guess your paying 150.00 more for a 50 cent sticker.

Buyer beware run the other way
I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband. When he brought it into the garage for its first use, it was immediately apparent that multiple fittings were loose. After tightening all fittings and pressurizing the tank to 40 PSI, an audible air leak remained. A soapy water test confirmed leaks at several fittings. Teflon tape was applied, and all connections were tightened again, yet the unit continued to leak air from multiple locations. This level of workmanship is extremely disappointing. It is difficult to believe this product left the factory without someone being aware of these issues. The number of leaks on a brand-new unit strongly suggests a quality control failure, not an isolated defect. Given these issues, I have no confidence in the reliability or safety of this product. I will be returning it and feel it is important to warn other buyers that the quality control on this item appears severely lacking.

More leaks than the Titanic
Arrived in good condition, no bent feet or handles. I did a pressure test when I first got it up to 45psi, within 30 min it was down to 20psi. As others have said there are leaks at the regulator, not just at the In/Out fittings but the nylon plug on the side. Almost every fitting on the fill stalk bubbled on a soap test including the threads where it screws into the lid. The pressure relief valve leaks as did the fitting for the gauge at the lid connection. I tried removing the plug on the regulator to silicone or pipe dope the threads but the socket just stripped. If you are using this in reach of an air compressor, probably not a big deal, and probably wont be for me in the summer. But if you need to have the tank in a warm location to cure but your compressor is outside, be ready to spend extra money on a not garbage regulator, relief valve and pipe dope.

Quality
I admit I found much cheaper ones on the internet, but I went for what looked to be quality. I'm glad I did. Right out of the box it was ready to use. I pumped it up to 50 psi, and after several hours it's holding strong.

I ordered this pressure pot without reading the reviews (a bit silly I thought afterwards). When I read the reviews whilst I was awaiting delivery my spirits really dropped, people reporting damage, leaking like a sieve etc, the list went on and on. The day it arrived I nervously opened it, it’s condition was pristine, not a scratch or mark anywhere. I bolted on the castors, then for the acid test, will it leak, I pumped it up to 45 psi and left it for 3 days, it lost absolutely nothing. So I mixed up some resin and poured into my moulds, pumped up to 45psi again, I was busy with other things so just left it pressurised for 10 days until I was ready to use it, again after 10 days it still had not lost any pressure. I’m so pleased that I never read the reviews first because I would never have ordered it.

I needed a pressure pot for dice making and mold making. I bought this one because it has financing through Affirm and it doesn’t need modifications like some cheaper ones do. I don’t like to make expensive purchases and modify them, especially when they’re potentially dangerous if not set up right. It’s huge! But I can put 3-5 molds in at once without needing an insert to stack. It’s solid, well made, super easy to set up. I use an old air compressor that takes forever to pressurize and haven’t had any leakage issues other than things I hadn’t set up or tightened correctly. It takes my 2 gallon air compressor from the 1990s about 10 minutes to bring it to 40 PSI. That’s fine! Setting it up was simple, but the instructions were useless and not for this model. I watched a video on their website and a couple on YouTube for pressure pots for casting and got it running. You need a quick connect for the compressor, which are a dime a dozen. There’s a huge difference in my dice and molds, they’re perfect now. No bubbles, and I’ll put it on 28-34 PSI for dice and 38-40 PSI for silicone molds.

For all resin workers who use a pressure pot, this one is great, completely flat bottom, the size is fantastic. The only reason for 4 stars, we had to replace the safety valve as it wouldn't let the tank fet above 20psi and when you have a large mold almost a foot high and 7 inches wide you want more. Otherwise this is a good buy.

I was very disappointed opening the box and seeing my pressure pot in what looks like pre-used quickly cleaned condition and with parts/adapters that don’t even fit. I decided to give it a test run and see how it went anyways. I had given it a total of three test runs to see if it’ll hold PSI. The first test over night wasn’t bad and only lost 2 out of 30psi, the second lost 10 out of 40psi and the third time it lost 12 out of 40psi. With it declining in the amount of PSI it holds every night, my first impression of disappointment in this pressure pot still remains….for that amount of money I should have received a NEW WORKING pressure pot with parts that actually fit the valve!
