I am tring to set this up for a hot tub. Manufactuer specs a 2 pole 20 amp gfci and a 2 pole 30 amp gfci. If I buy the breakers will this panel work?

The panel is an 8 space 16 circuit. The breakers you require use 2 spaces each. Make sure and use Siemens Breakers such as the QF220 and the QF230. That would leave you plenty of room for another breaker for 15 amp convenience receptacle outlet. You will also need a Siemens Ground Bar Kit. The ground and neutrals need to be separated. Remove the Green Bonding screw from the panel. If you are feeding with NM romex type cable from a 50A breaker you need 6 gauge copper. (red, black, white, green). Call your electrical inspector to get clearances from the tub wall to all electrical devices and proper grounding requirements.
