Claude's BBQ Brisket Marinade Sauce, 16-Ounce (Low Sodium Pack Of 2)

I made my first ever brisket with this and had high hopes since the meat was So. Darn. Expensive. It was really really good. I will say I did not purchase low sodium intentionally, that was all that was available. It was delicious. I shared the second bottle with a friend since a little goes a long way. I’ve also used it on chicken and pork and it is delicious.

I'm a terrible cook, but this marinade makes my brisket absolutely delicious.All you have to do is pour the contents, let it marinate overnight and cook.I use the oven to make my brisket, but the smokey flavor makes it taste like I cooked it on a grill for hours.Highly recommend. P.S. If you are watching your sodium, use half the bottle and add water or beer.

Followed the directions and made the best oven brisket I have ever cooked!

I have been using Claude’s for years when i lived in SW. Glad i was able to find online..and low salt…excellent!
