it's just a phone
Sound isn't great when attached to TEAMS. Of course, maybe that's because I'm not a TEAMS fan? Once you have it set up and going it actually works just fine.

No manufacturers warranty
Be aware these are not new, they actually old and have not been used. I bought two and when I registered them with Poly, they indicated that the warranty expired one year ago for both phones. The phones are working fine for now, I just hope that there isn't a future problem.
