Easy and Reliable Gelatine for Baking and Desserts
Iโve been using Mr.P Ingredients Pork Gelatine 100g (250 Bloom) for my desserts, and itโs super reliable once you get the measurements right. The instructions on the tub are just indicative, so hereโs what works for me: use about 60g of water, then add the gelatine little by littleโabout 1 teaspoon and a little more. Let it sit until you get a smooth, homogeneous mix that holds together well. It might take a little trial and error at first, but youโll know once you get it right. Once itโs ready, warm it in the microwave at 900 watts for around 30 secondsโjust donโt let it boil. After that, itโs ready to use on your creations, from mousses to jellies or stabilizing creams. Highly recommend for anyone looking to make professional-quality desserts at home!

I used this to make MARSHMALLOWS
As someone who is leaning towards a pork free life, I thought I would try beef gelatine to make some of my favourite treats! - this mixes great and almost instantly - no issues whatsoever, I donโt know what I was expecting as Iโve never used beef gelatine before , but there is no odor, and it works great! So bonus points there! I used this to make natural marshmallows to aid in gut health and they turned out amazing! Very happy customer - a little goes a LONG way - and I will be ordering again when I need to

The gelatine is very good quality, and the 250 bloom strength makes it perfect for firm desserts, gummies, and recipes that need strong setting power. It dissolves well when bloomed properly and doesnโt leave any smell or taste, which is a big plus. The only downside is the packaging it would be better with a resealable zip. Overall, a solid product for the price.

The gelatine is good but i had 2 packages now and it arrives at around 0.9kg instead of the full kg
