Easy and Reliable Gelatine for Baking and Desserts
I’ve been using Mr.P Ingredients Pork Gelatine 100g (250 Bloom) for my desserts, and it’s super reliable once you get the measurements right. The instructions on the tub are just indicative, so here’s what works for me: use about 60g of water, then add the gelatine little by little—about 1 teaspoon and a little more. Let it sit until you get a smooth, homogeneous mix that holds together well. It might take a little trial and error at first, but you’ll know once you get it right. Once it’s ready, warm it in the microwave at 900 watts for around 30 seconds—just don’t let it boil. After that, it’s ready to use on your creations, from mousses to jellies or stabilizing creams. Highly recommend for anyone looking to make professional-quality desserts at home!

I used this to make MARSHMALLOWS
As someone who is leaning towards a pork free life, I thought I would try beef gelatine to make some of my favourite treats! - this mixes great and almost instantly - no issues whatsoever, I don’t know what I was expecting as I’ve never used beef gelatine before , but there is no odor, and it works great! So bonus points there! I used this to make natural marshmallows to aid in gut health and they turned out amazing! Very happy customer - a little goes a LONG way - and I will be ordering again when I need to

The gelatine is good but i had 2 packages now and it arrives at around 0.9kg instead of the full kg

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit das Rindergelatine. Es ist geschmacksneutral und lässt sich leicht verarbeiten. Die Gelierkraft ist stark, wodurch Desserts, Gummibärchen oder Cremes sehr gut gelingen. Die Qualität wirkt hochwertig und das Pulver löst sich gut auf, ohne Klumpen zu bilden.

DHL heeft product niet geleverd. Ik heb cameras die kunnen bewijzen dat DHL nooit hier is geweest en wil dat het product opnieuw wordt verstuurd of geld terug
