Amazing bike lights!
When I purchased these bike lights, I thought they would just be some ordinary lights. But when I lit the front light for the first time, I was astonished to see how bright it was! The battery life is also incredible because every 4 to 5 minutes, the battery life on the front light drops by 1%! This shows how powerful the light and battery are. Mounting the light was very easy. I simply placed the mount on the handle, and I just have to turn a knob that tightens the mount. As for the rear light, it's powerful too! The rear light comes with different light options, such as normal, flashing, and a special white light! The range for both lights is incredible, and I guarantee you can see how bright the lights are in pitch black! Overall, I highly recommend these bike lights!

Amazing
I have to be honest that for the money I wasn't expecting this bike light to be up to much but how wrong was I, it's Amazing! It is so bright I was a little worried about dazzling people so I made sure when fitting it that it was pointing down a little. The first ride in the dark was about 30 mins and it only showed a 3% drop in battery power with it set to steady, highest brightness and it lights up the whole street. The reason I gave easy to install 4 stars is I did have to fiddle with the mounting bracket, the plate that you slide the light onto was a little loose so I took it to bits to tighten it down and once that was done it is very secure. One of its best features is once you have selected your prefared setting by pressing the button a few times, after a few seconds the next time you press the button it's turns off, you don't have to scroll throught all the settings to turn it off, hope that makes sense. If your reading this stop and go get one, get 2. highly recommend !!!!

Good and Bright but please read review...
I've been very impressed by the front light of this set from an illumination perspective. It also works pretty well as a portable charger, dispersing about double the percentage increase to my Samsung Galaxy S8 that it lost in percentage power remaining. As for a headlight, it really is a super bright front light. It is crystal clear white light that truly illuminates the road in front of you and the battery life indicator is a real comfort when riding at night. It shines a long way so you can see potholes and obstacles clearly in the main beam. My first real test was a 19 mile bike ride in 3ยฐC weather. I still had 74% battery left after more than 2 hours of constant illumination. Sadly, havig chosen to deliberately run the battery down and test the longevity of the lamp, I have to update that the percentage battery indicator should be used as more of a guide than anything else. It seems to deplete at an exponential rate! My first battery depletion went like this: 100%-74% on a 19 mile, 135 minute bike ride (3ยฐC) 74%-59% on accidental in-pocket illumination 59%-51% on charging my phone up from 84% to full 51%-45% on odd short bike rides 45%-42% on a 1.5 mile ride (2ยฐC) 42%-9% on a 5.3 mile, 28 minute ride (2ยฐC) By the end, I was watching the battery percentage drop 1% every hundred yards or less. I had a battery pack which I'd taken in case it went flat and thought I could strap that to the handlebars to power the light if it died but I found out that a safety mechanism prevents its use as a torch while it's charging. I guess this is to prevent overheating but it didnt help me! Fortunately, I'd taken a back-up light with me, and used that to ride the next 11 miles instead. Lessons learned? Always charge to full before use to maximise potential illumination time!!! If it's below 50%, you have less than an hour of full illumination left. The mount is easy to fit, but as a word of warning, the lamp twists, and before I'd ridden my first 20 miles, the mount for the front lamp was very loose and the light only needed the slightest contact to twist round 90ยฐ. I took the torch bit off and saw 2 screws so I tried to tighten them. They did nothing. It transpires you have to remove those screws and then tighten an Allen bolt inside the unit to prevent the wobble (this discovered by trial and error as there's no instruction manual to speak of). Be careful if doing this! I lost the little spring inside which pinged off, never to be seen again, so had to make some alterations to the pin so I could replace the spring with one from a biro. It doesn't feel as stable since my butchering but it's working for now, and the front light is that good anyway, that I've ordered a second so I can have a spare, and also so I can have a replacement mount!! If you don't fancy taking the unit apart, you might want to glue the mount solid once your lamp is mounted as you want it, otherwise it will probably work loose like mine did. Just be careful not to glue the release catch or you wont be able to remove it to charge it!! Be careful too if transporting it in a bag or pocket. The power buttons aren't recessed and when turned on, it gets very hot. I had it in a jacket pocket and I went to take it out and realised it was on. It must have been on a while as I'd lost around 15% battery and the unit was roasting hot! The front light also has a kind of floodlight illumination from a second, warmer LED light source. I think it's supposedly designed for riding in fog but since fog is rare, it probably has more use if you're using the lamp unit for camping... but it's a nice touch. It also turns red, which I dont really understand... unless you had one at the front AND one at the back of your bike. Talking of back lights, the one supplied with this set is flimsy at best. It does the job and is fairly bright, with a few options for illumination flash patterns (including a solid light) but compared to the front unit which is solid metal and heavy and securely fitted, the back is lightweight and plasticky and attached with a rubber band and... well, flimsy! It has a handy angle adjustment but the hidden screw (check attached photos) used to tighten this doesn't really lock it in place so after you've gone over a few bumps, it sags and points towards the road. Being honest, it's a bit like an afterthought in comparison to the front light unit. That said, the front lamp is worth the money on it's own. Despite its non-uniform discharge rate and logarithmic digital power display, it's great. Period. It's bright, it has less bright settings to conserve battery life, it's waterproof, it feels like good quality... and it has many functions. It's also much more compact than I was expecting it to be, easily fitting in the palm of one hand which means it could double as a hand torch when e.g. camping. Just be sure to find a way of stopping it from waggling side to side when riding and it's a great buy... UPDATE... the lights perform well over a prolonged period of time and multiple uses but the brackets are TERRIBLE. There is another review here which complained that the bracket broke because they were riding downhill off road. I figured that's ok because I was only riding on the roads... but after a period of just a few weeks, the first bracket broke. I bought a second light and that bracket had now broken too. The bracket is not strong enough for the weight of the lamp. Reduced to 4 stars from 5 as a result.

Battery charge indicator % left and GREAT battery life
A good product - best I have had - front life - a percentage digital batter charge remaining indicator :) :) :) - and good battery life - so adequate warning you need a recharge unlike many products - light is not the brightest but a very decent beam when on full- rear light life more limited snd no indicator

Great lamp, weak mount
I bought 3 of these, all of the mounting brackets have now snapped. Shame as the lamps are still going strong and are very good. Would be great to be able to buy new brackets for them as a spare.

Great light, super bright and really easy to install
This is a really robust light cleverly angled on the mount so it illuminates the kerb and not shining in eyes of oncoming traffic. Because it is bright, really bright and has a separately controlled foglight. Never seen this on a cycle light before. You have a digital readout showing the battery percentage so you know when to recharge well in advance of the light going out. Excellent value for money

POOR QUALITY - ALL AROUND.
Once i got the parcel as I opened it, the little plastic part which allows you to remove the back bike light from the plastic holder was snapped off and fell out the box (See attached picture). Bad start. The main light was dead on arrival and wouldn't turn on. I placed on charge to see if it was working and the LED screen had a weird purple line seemingly moving randomly around the screen for around 30 minutes before the LED came to life. I turned the light on to see how it was and within 20 seconds of use 2% of the battery had been used! I thought this was funny so I have recorded a video for you to see for yourself. I cannot recommend this item to anyone. Utterly useless and very poor quality all around. Even the box design looks like it was created by some guy who edits images as a hobby. Very poor. Spend a little more and get a light which will do the job.

Best cycle light Iโve found!
I cycle home from work along an unlit cycle path and have tried numerous cycle lights but this one has been the best Iโve found. It lights up the whole area perfectly and makes me feel safe as I can see where Iโm going. I love the display on the top that shows how much battery life is remaining as previous lights have suddenly switched off without warning when the battery ran out. Very good value for money. Would definitely recommend.
