Most reliable headphones!
Been using these for about three years now and have them with me all the time . The one thing I can always count on. I use them so much I’ve had to purchase several so I will always have one charged and also a backup . I’ve never had any issues with them and love the sound. Simple easy and very reliable.

Convenient, passable sound
I love the design of these so much. Airpods are too easy to lose but the earbud shape of these is similar. I bought a magnet to put onto these so it doesnt fall off. My one complaint is theyre not balanced (even without the extra magnet) so they slip to one side. The sound is not anything to write home about but does the job for the price.

Good Multipoint Connect Bluetooth Earbuds with Great Sound
Solid earbuds with multipoint connection to replace and upgrade the stock Apple wired headphone. The Apple earbuds aren't that bad but I'm sick of the wire and how it is always tangled. The stock Apple earbud can only wire-connect to 1 device only which is not efficient while working. If it has good bass and sound quality, it will be a bonus for me because this headphone is for work. This JBL fits all my needs and the sound is pretty good with a lot of bass. 3 button operation to control the headphone and remote control the phone with a variation of single press, double press, and long press, very intuitive and easy to figure out. It does not get tangled due to JBL's proprietary magnetic technology. The wire can also prevent accidental drop or losing it while out and about. It is very lightweight to hang it above my neck. You can turn the wire into a ball but it will open up and become loose. Battery seems a bit weak, dwindles after 2-3 days of use about 2-3 hours of music per day, but it charges very fast. All in all, I like it and enjoy it.

Great product!
I bought a pair of these about a year ago, and have been very tough on them. And they've held up to the beating I've given them.Normally I can't seem to keep any other headphones for very long. This exact headphone is the first pair that's ever lasted me longer than a month, MAYBE 2 if they're "good". The only reason I'm buying them again, is because I've lost them.I've never lost a pair. Never. Because I usually break them first. I love these things. They connect quickly. Charge decently quick. Hold a charge.I almost never have to charge them mid day. I use them almost all day, everyday. At night also. I charge them twice a day, just before bed and right when I wake up. And they're in use all day. I drop them, my ducks like to chew on them. I sleep on my side on them. They're WELL worn and used. And like I said, I'm only replacing them because I accidently lost them. Even after sight water damage, worked decently enough20 stars out of 5 given to this b-azz headphones

You'd better have large ear canals if you want to use these.
These earbuds are too large to sit snugly in my ears. I can place them, and I can listen to the program, but only if I stay really still. Once I move, one or both buds will fall out. I find it hard to believe that any manufacturing company would let something like this get out the door to a customer. Clearly they have only tested this product on a limited set of listeners. Also, I haven't found any info from JBL or other sources about what kind of adapter product can be used to solve this... (It's especially disappointing because I based my buying decision on a prior purchase of JBL wireless headphones that work great and have served me well. Must be a different department!!)

Good sound, easy to set up, good feel in my ear. It stays around my neck when running.
Love it.

Good sound, great for sleeping, fails after a couple months
I have ordered 6+ of these headphones because they're excellent for listening to audiobooks to fall asleep. The good: They feel comfortable in my ears when laying on my side. They fall out after a while (which is good) so I can sleep headset-free after I'm asleep. They're linked by the cable so they don't disappear into my sheets like earpods. The sounds quality is really good. No headband required like other sleeping headphones. USB-C charging is nice - saves on extra cords. They're really inexpensive. The bad: Without fail the left earbud starts to get quieter and quieter after about 4-5 months until there's almost no audio coming from it. I don't know if this is a result of sleeping with them or just poor design somewhere in the housing or cable. In any case, I'll probably keep buying them because they're comfortable and inexpensive.

Mediocre and a massive downgrade from earlier JBL wireless headphones
First, they no longer have the magnets in the earbuds to hold them together around your neck when you're not wearing them. The video tries to pretend that they do, and the ad copy says they do, but they're lying.Second, there's zero noise cancellation. The outside world is just as loud wearing these as not.Third, the sound quality is mediocre. I don't know how they sound worse than a pair of similar earbuds I bought ten years ago.Fourth, they won't stay in my ears. Just walking around the house cleaning up the kitchen after making dinner was too much motion for these and they constantly fell out of one or both ears. They don't even have swappable tips to help improve the fit.The batteries do seem to last a long time, but they'll never really get run down because I can't imagine I'll end up using these pieces of trash for any length of time.
