This is whole husk. It means there is no added flavors or color. However the husk does not jellify evenly. Orange flavored psyllium husk from same organic india itself dissolves fully and forms jellified drink evenly. But this one becomes lumpy. If you want organic no flavor natural husk, this is the one. I reduced one star because of solubility. It is just me preference. Not because of lack of quality of the product
