I remember only having 1 or 2 scoops left of my supply when I ordered. I'm pretty certain that noon two-days after ordering, my order came in. I was quite pleased by how fast delivery was.As for taste, it's good to me. I've tried the Iced Tea and Watermelon flavours previously. And they're all good!Most importantly, I do get energized without the buzz. It's much more effective than coffee for me! I use this product daily, it starts my day with energy and sometimes I use it in the afternoon as well. Noticed some weight loss as well.

Much like many of the other reviewers this is incredibly sweet. I usually only use a quarter or half of the scoop at best with a lot of water and then chug it down. It also leaves an odd film inside the cup.I don’t really notice a difference after I take it to be honest so probably won’t be Purchasing this again. I would rather just stick to pre-workout before my work out.

Seriously, this product tastes soo good! And it helps get you into ketosis, and keep you there while giving you energy. Great powder, definitely recommend!

It is a decent drink for workouts but very sweet.
