Very Nice Monitors
I bought two of the Asus-VP279Q-P-DisplayPort-Back-lit-EyeCare monitors to connect to my HP Envy 15” laptop. Use mostly for internet, e-mail, document preparation, editing photos and some games. I did not have to calibrate the colors as they appear brilliant and spot on. Both monitors arrived in one package but were separately boxed inside and were well protected. No physical damage on either monitor. Unpacking took 7 minutes total and then putting the stand on each monitor took another 5 minutes total. Both were immediately recognized by the laptop and the docking station once connected and powered. Both monitors came with VGA cables, HDMI cables, Display Port cables and audio cables, making it quick and easy to connect. I’m using Windows 10 Home Edition. Sound isn’t bad, but I didn’t buy this because of the speakers. After two weeks of use, I’ve not noticed any issues. The buttons are located under the right front corner making then easy to access. Using the menu takes a little getting used too, but nothing difficult. The screens are bright (adjustable if too bright), wide and with downloadable software from Asus, you can do split screens. The colors are brilliant and the stand is steady – no wobble. I’ll be moving both monitors to a dual monitor stand (Vivo Dual LED LCD Monitor Standing Desk Mount) when it arrives to save space on my desk top. Would recommend and buy again.

Best screen if your eyes get tired
After researching many different brands and screens to find a solution for my eyes that get very tired after a few hours watching the screen, I went for this Asus model. I have now been working with it for more than a month, and I can definitely state that my eyes are far less fatigued. The Ultra Low-blue Light & Flicker-free features really work! Better yet: at a very reasonable price.

Surprisingly good yet cheap gaming monitor
Had to get a new monitor as my other one was pretty much toast but was on a budget and saw this. The quality of the display is actually very nice and the bezels are nice and thin which is always great. The display doesn't go quite to the edges like I thought it would but it's still much better than my last monitor and really makes the image kinda pop out.For gaming it performs pretty good it's not the fastest in terms of response times but I typically play CSGO and it works well for me. I also do photo/video work and I'd say the colors are kinda good enough to do some simple projects on for the most part but you'll definitely want to reference on something more accurate for any serious work. Overall I'd say this is a good buy and it's held up for a few months now I'll update this if I have any issues later on but seems to be good.

Great monitor - great pictures
It's ASUS so it's already a high quality product and this Product lives up to the ASUS name. No issues, once out of the box I had it up on my mount arm within 5 minutes and powered on. Picture quality is perfect and I bought it for 2D applications (web/email etc) as I already have a Main monitor which is a ROG Switft G-sync which I use for gaming and Netflix.

Almost a winner.
Reasonably priced, Asus reliability and a fine picture in every regard... except one. However, the one would be a deal-breaker for me in the future. FAR too much light bleed around the perimeter. If you spend much time with dark backgrounds - movies, games or dark theme web pages - spend the extra bucks for OLED. It will be worth the stretch.

Love these monitors
I have a couple of these now. They've been great. Resolution is good. They're functional and dependable. Can't beat them for the price.

Reduces eye strain
I use this monitor for my persona PC that I'd built to accommodate editing still pictures and videos. I found this monitor to be very clear with relatively accurate color. It also has lived up to its advertising as a monitor that can reduce eye strain. I would recommend it.

A great monitor, with a wide, easy to read and to view screen.
A great monitor, with a wide, easy to read and to view screen. Not quite the size of your flat-screen TV, this is still quite an improvement from the screen I was using previously. I'm getting old, and my eyesight isn't what it once was. Plus, the new versions of operating system allow display of several different documents or websites or spreadsheet which are currently open, so having a wide screen is quite useful.
