Mag. Phosphate works well for muscle cramps, but the quality of these is just terrible. Instead of small tablets that I've used for years, these are quite tiny balls like you'd find on a Christmas cookie, and all different sizes. Counting them out is difficult. Plus, they do not immediately dissolve, stay hard, and are disgustingly sweet. I'm throwing them away.
