I believe it was an issue with the batch as the new wax sent did what it was supposed to!Doesn't grip hair. Tried using on my legs and it wouldn't grip the hairs. Thought because my leg hair is a little finer so tried on my armpits where the hair is more course and it left more behind than what it pulled out.

Stays too sticky not hard wax. My batch was more like a sugar wax. Odd

I love this wax. I get this and one other kind and they mix for the perfect blend for me. I have thick hair and skin and this wax gets the job done without hurting or ripping the skin. I also have my own wax machine and just have found this combination works best for me! I also have sensitive skin and the redness goes away after a few hours with cooling lotion. There isn’t a scent to it and it comes off easily of surfaces like the floor or counter. I have been purchasing this product for about 3 years now and it’s stayed consistent!

normally I like this brands blue wax beads and these ones still work great but have a terrible meat like smell.
