Extremly comforrable
The idea of pillow top is very good makes it highly comfortable it is half medical means not firm as you are sleeping on floor and not soft to suffer from back pain I highly recomend it for persons with back pain

Way too hard, not comfortable at all.
Too hard, to the point of annoying. Feel like i am sleeping on the floor. This is a guest's mattress but still don't think anyone can have an acceptable night sleep on such a hard mattress.
