They are a good solid quality of cubes, but as with most other reviews they have a bad smell. I soaked them with fabreeze and let them air out outside for hours and that seemed to work. I brought them inside and put them in the cubbies and they were okay for a few days and the smell returned. I’ve decided to just live with it and they look great, you don’t smell it unless your face is right above the box as you pull it out if it’s little square or wherever you plan to keep it, I use them for dog toys and notebooks and cords, the smell hasn’t permeated the objects in the cubes and I’ve had them for a couple months now so if you can live with the mild smell then these will work fine they do seem like a very solid cube and the color is great with an espresso colored bookshelf

I was so excited to get my storage bins. I was ready to organize the shit surrounding my life. As I open the package, I noticed a smell but figured it was just that “I just opened a package that has been in a warehouse for however how long” and it would eventually go away. WRONG. Maybe it is because I’m pregnant with a nose as hypersensitive as a dog or maybe it was truly this unbelievable ratchet smell. Well, it was both lol I could not believe the smell would not go away. I mean seriously. I aired it out. I’m pretty sure I was releasing an environmental hazard. I stored it away until I could return this horrible item. It contaminated the room that it was in. SO POTENT THIS HORRIBLE ODOR. Needless to say, if you can tolerate the smell the bins are nice, cute design. Also, they are smaller than advertised….

Overall a 5, but reviewed to give fabric details. They are sturdy for the type of boxes that they are. However, I chose these based on the texture of the baskets set them apart from the others. They are a printed texture rather than actual texture. I kept them but was a little disappointed.

I ignored the previous review of these smelling, but boy do these REEK. They smell like a 1980's cheap my little pony knock of someone got at the less than $1 store. The handles are not attached well and sometimes doubled up. The color is not as uniform, some are nearly tan while others are grey. The "distressed" look of the fabric is not at all attractive or like the picture. The others who posted pictures got much better looking products than I did!

I was so surprised with the quality of these bins. They are normally so expensive and I searched high and low for a good deal on them to use in my daughters’ toy box/cube shelf. These came out cheaper than the cheapest ones of the same size at Walmart and several other stores I checked and I think they look great!

These storage boxes are great!! I was looking for one to fit on my shelf for a handy first aide bin; and found I could clear my desk off with another one. They are sturdy and I love the texture and color.Before I could use another one my 8 year old granddaughter stopped over and said “I love these Grandma can I have one for my art supplies?”She opened it up and thought it would be perfect for her school essentials too! Needless to say, she left with 3!! I guess I’ll need more!!

I've had these a couple months now and they have a distinct strange odor to them. I'm not sure if it is from the fabric or the glue used but I would not purchase them again.And - another month has gone by - Now that the weather is getting more humid the whole room smells. I'm replacing these and since it is past the time I can return them they will be tossed. Don't purchase.

These arrived today. The first thing I noticed when unboxed was that they smell terrible. Like a noticeable chemical odor. I set them up into their cube positions and then piled them in my car port to air them out. After 4 hours the smell was still lingering. I’ll give them some more fresh air, but I’m really unhappy with that smell. However, they seem sturdy and are a nice color. I actually ordered 2 packages for my laundry room.

Beau produit, bonne qualité, mais le gros problème est qu'il y a une odeur horrible sur tous les bacs. J'ai tout essayé pour enlever l'odeur, rien à faire. Je crois les retourner, car si je met des choses dedans les objets prennent l'odeur horrible. Ça ne sent pas le plastique ou le neuf, c'est une odeur que je n'arrive pas à décrire

Was the right size for the shelves. However the box was a bit flimsy. The handles tore off when trying to lift it. It's best for light duty only.

These boxes fit our particular shelf perfectly. Materials feel high quality and durable. Even after filling with heavy toys.
