The book is talking about why we need a good sleep and what could happen if we do not get enough time for sleeping. Also the author gives the list of activities to avoid in order to get the better sleeping experience as well. Also list of activities which helps as to get better sleep. There were some good points about napping during the day.The book is well structured into the chapters and it would not take long to read it (one hour is really enough).In my opinion it is a good guide about better sleeping for everyone. Personally, I liked it.

Excellent ebook and straight forward approach. Highly recommend
It is an excellent short eBook which I highly recommend for sleeping disorder. If you have been noticing that you are easily irritable, having trouble losing weight, getting headaches, or having trouble with motivation and concentration then this book would help you to find some solutions for them.
