For the warantee, they wanted me to send them back for testing, and then they would send another set out. All while I would have these big holes in my saddlebags. They didn’t care. I tried through desertcart and directly with DS18. My entire stereo WAS DS18 products, 14 speakers totaling almost 5k watts.
