Got some great easy to understand self care spells

I only purchased this book out of pure curiosity, I have followed many oaths for many many many years, I also enjoy reading. I did find the book to be big but the information in it could have been cut back on paper and reduce size. It would however be good for someone just beginning their journey/path as information is spread out. I'm giving it 4 stars purely for this reason, if you are more experienced I'd sadly definitely not purchase

I like Michael and this book so much. It was great and informative. I will be keeping it for sure but it was totally worth every £ even if I had paid for it.

I just solo practice and don’t really follow one faith or another but I was really lost for a while after a pretty traumatic and devastating experience. This really helped me find my footing. It’s a me of the few things I find myself recommending frequently to others. I didn’t follow it strictly and not all of it spoke to me but most did and all was adaptable or taught me the basics I was able to evolve to fit my needs. Just really solid and practical and holistic. Thank you.

Oh wow it's got so many spells inside for everything you might need as well as some informative material (but not half the book of it) the spells are simple and easy to get right to it. I'm working on loving myself and bring more confident and attractive in my reality I believe this will work perfectly for everything I'm trying to achieve and THEN SOME!

I was so excited to buy this book to add to my self care rituals… but it came damaged. A few pages in the middle were ripped and the cover is bent a little bit. I can still use and read it… but I wish it wasn’t damaged.
