It is not glowing as shown in the images even under bright light?

It glows in dark. Just keep it under any light and then see in dark

Can we use it on canvas?

You can use it on almost anything. Make sure the base is light in colour preferably white. I found that it works well with 2-3 coats with 15-30 minutes between each coat.

Can we use this paint outdoor where direct sunlight is there ? Will it damage the product after application when dried ?

Yes, you can use it outdoors. For added protection from dust and dirt, apply a layer of clear varnish or laquer.
