Stuff works for me
L-carnitine really helps me burn fat, and this is a great tasting way to get it in liquid form. I've noticed a real difference since I've been using it before workouts and before meals -- people comment I'm really leaning out and I credit this stuff, in significant part. (L-Carn has to be part of a low fat diet program that you're regimented about)The only bummer can be that L-Carn can sometimes be a bit messy-- in liquid form it seems hard to contain, and I've had a couple of bottles of the stuff arrive from Amazon looking like they're leaking. This is the reason I dinged the product by a star.

Good Supplement.
If you're looking for an L-Carnitine supplement, this one is the best one I have found for efficacy, tolerance, and ease. I've been using this product now for over 3 months, and while the flavor is sweet (very sweet), it sure beats the sour taste of other supplements. There is plenty of research on the internet about L-Carnitine, so I'll avoid adding any more science here. But, if you feel you would benefit from this supplement, and need something that is reasonably priced, and well tolerated, you cannot go wrong with this product. As someone who has tried many supplements in my training, and who is not afraid to throw away those that fail to live up to their potential, this one is a keeper.

L-Carnitine
Doesn’t taste bad, it’s L-Carnitine.. I prefer liquid because it’s easier to get down than taking a bunch of pills. One serving in the AM and one at night seems to work well, with diet and excercise.

Good Product
Absorbs relatively quickly. Definitely notice a positive difference in workouts. Downside is that it is over priced.
