It is the best introductory book on Vedanta. It's short, crispy and engaging. He presented the concept elegantly. A modern reader from 21 st century can immediately connect and relate to this age-old concept. At the end, he will realize that despite the idea being so ancient, it is so relevant. He is a fantastic writer. If you start reading, you can't put it down!

The most clear and simple introduction to Vedanta that I have read so far . Infact, anyone with the slightest inclination spirituality must read this book.I am thankful to God to have come across this gem as if by accident.Also an ideal gift for anyone who you wish to introduce Vedanta too.

Pages 26,27,30,31,34,35,38 and 39 are all blank.Now, I need to buy a new one because of this issue.

The book is a clear explanation of the meaning of vedanta, as the way the VEDAS guide us to know what are we really. Someone just interested in understand the methods we use to get knowledge will like to read also this book.. The place of words and indirect or direct knowledge is presented and explained. Very worthwhile reading it
