Great brand- we have added this to our Van Essential window covers. This product is a perfect fit and function for our AirMax fan opening. Easy to install, this insulated cover will help us keep our van warm in the winter and cool in the summer- while also blocking out the early morning sun. Easy to install- remember to take your painters tape with you when you go to install it.

I can't believe I'm just now getting one after eight years in a van! Super easy installation, immediate awesomeness, reduced sound, insulation from hot / cold, and keeps it nice and dark in the van!

Simple installation, and way nicer to take on and off than snap-on covers.

Fits the Maxx Air fan in my Airstream perfectly. The only problem is that it needs more magnets sewed into the fabric. To compensate for this shortcoming I put more magnets in the fan frame.

I ordered these after seeing them on a product review video. In the past, I've always used the Velcro ones that you have to stick on the glue part on both pieces and then pull the Velcro apart to remove the shade. This design is so MUCH BETTER! The magnets are extremely strong, and it's quick and easy to do the installation. After it's installed, it works MUCH better than the Velcro ones, and is so much easier! As a bonus, while I had my vent fan trim piece off, I noticed the wonderful (lack-of) quality control of the RV manufacturer, and I got four longer screws so the trim piece would actually screw into the studs, rather than just into the roof (flimsy) trim piece. So not only got a nice new vent cover, fixed the trim piece at the same time !

Simple and high-value upgrade. Perfect fit, excellent quality. Very easy to place and remove. Insulates well, both temperature and noise.

Never disappointed with Vanessential products

This sun cover has been absolutely fantastic in my camper. It fits perfectly over the roof vent and does exactly what it promises—keeps the light out and the heat in. The magnetic design makes it super easy to attach and remove, and it stays securely in place without any fuss. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in temperature control, especially during colder nights, and it’s great for blocking out early morning sunlight. Hält zuverlässig. Die Magnete haben wir hinter der Abdeckung jeweils mit etwas Gaffaband geklebt. Den Preis finden wir tatsächlich etwas zu hoch, doch haben leider keine Alternative finden.

Super easy install (just unscrew base plate of MaxxAir fan, tape small magnets inside the plate, screw it back on the whole thing takes less than 5 minutes). 1) Summer time: keep the bright sunlight out 2) Winter time: keeps the warm air in Looks great and is super easy on/off, stores nicely in its little bag.
