Also makes any sugar taste disgusting lol I used to put tons of sugar in my coffee. I feel like it does the same for salt but that could just be me. I did do the work physically just by even walking to get my heart rate up and saw a difference. The only issue is I cannot find any supplement with low mg dosage. This gave me headache every day. Sometimes plain pain medicine does not help for the headache to go away, I had to take migraine prescribed medicine and Excedrin migraine for the headache to go away. I would try to split the pill for a lower dosage. The headache did eventually stop after long term use but I had to Google why I kept getting them because I get headaches various reasons. Blood pressure did mellow out because before it was extremely high even with meds.
