Been using this for years. Great Product Started purchasing on a discount vitamin site for the same listed price but with an additional 20% discount! Also included free shipping. Amazon used to be cheaper than everybody else but that's no longer the case.

Have been using this product for years. It has keep my cholosterol in healthy range. I take it befor lunch and dinner. The pills are a little large however well coated so easy to swallow.

While many other supplement outfits engage in dishonesty (e.g. ''extra-strength tablets'' when in actuality they are just regular dose tablets with the serving size tripled or even quadrupled), these Source Naturals Mega Strength Beta Sitosterol tablets have 375mg beto-Sitosterol in ONE tablet. I'm not sure how they come to the grand total of 937mg of Phytosterol Complex when the individual sterols listed only come to 693mg. But even 693 is far above the normal strength of 500mg Phytosterol Complex found in other supplements. However, these tablets are huge and a bit difficult to swallow. Caution is needed.

This supplement has made a huge difference with my arthritis. My daughter recommended it to me, as it reduces inflammation. These may or may not work, frankly I am not sure but what I am sure of is that they are HUGE and VERY DIFFICULT to swallow. After choaking a few times, I opted for a smaller pill size.

I've been taking this brand for many years trying to keep my prostate healthy. I only take one a day and so far so good. The latest bottles I received say to take 2 per day. I'm not sure if it's the super beta sitosterol or if I'm just lucky. The pills are big with sharp edges and are supposed to contain 375mg beta sitosterol, along with 187 mg Campesterol and 131 mg Stigmasterol. It's difficult to find products with this much Phytosterol Complex and these are at good price point and worth relearning how to swallow. They aren't supposed to taste good!
