I got tired of watching face yoga/face cupping videos and not having the equipment so I ordered these and used them effectively as a total beginner. You can use them either to glide over the face with oil (rose hip oil for the face) to sort of massage out the wrinkles and move your lymph/drain puffiness - or use the suction. Be careful: they can hold on pretty tightly so don't leave it on there or you will give yourself reddened/slightly bruised skin: be gentle. I used these down on my neck/SCM to increase blood flow and do an effective self-massage. I use them every night now before bed, keep them by the bedside. It really works smoothing out my "11s" (the between-brow furrow) and forehead wrinkles, eye tension - my face does not just look smoother but is actually more relaxed underneath the skin, giving a rested and more youthful feeling and look. It even seemed to have an effect on sinus pressure, reducing it.

I have used this product twice and really like it. I read in the other reviews that the suction was bad but I haven't had that problem. I use it after I moisturize and oil my skin and it works great. I would make sure that you have oil on there to ensure enough slip so it glides on the skin and doesn't pull. I recommend this product for sure and can't wait to see more results. I already feel like it helps drain fluid that was around my jawline and cheeks.

I have purchased this product before and was completely satisfied. Unfortunately, I misplaced them and had to repurchase. This time around when they came, it was a whole different packaging and literally only two of them came in this mesh bag thing. It’s not worth to complain about it but I just wanted to give you guys a heads up in case this happens to you. Suction power is great really easy to maneuver around face and neck. The smaller ones which I did not receive, I usually use for under my eyes. Great product 😊

A little nervous about these cups at first but now part of my nightly routine. You have to use a fair amount of facial oil with them to get the best results. Very uplifting for the cheeks jowls and neck. I use the smaller ones to depuff under my eyes and to plump my lips.

The small size only has 1/4” of suction space and the cone is so narrow there isn’t much air displacement for suction. Provides very light suction for stationary placement but kept popping off for gliding. Tried using the larger size but did not hold suction for more than an inch. With arthritis in hands I just cannot keep squeezing the cone repeatedly (at least 5x just along cheek bone). For stationary placement they can provide a mild suction if that’s what you’re looking for.

I use these on my face and neck. I usually apply rose hip oil and then use these to help massage for lymphatic drainage. It feels so good!

Facial cupping works really well of practiced regularly and under guidance from an expert. One can watch online tutorials as well.
