I’ve been using these for almost a full month, and I did just order a second month supply. I deal with painful cramps, severe fatigue during my cycle and hormonal acne. My last cycle had almost no PMS symptoms at all, reduced duration and intensity of cramps and no breakout during my cycle. Since my cycle ended, I have had a small breakout, so I don’t think this is a miracle cure or anything, but I’ll take a less intense and uncomfortable cycle any day! The taste is fine, sweet and simple, they are a softer gummy, so less chewy than other gummy vitamins I’ve used, but that’s fine.

*snip* UPDATE TO : I am going to give these at least 2 months and then report back.I know already these aren't the ones for me. The label states that the ingredients are the same as a major brand I had success with in the past. These they cost less and with amazon prime I'd have no shipping charge.The second day of taking these, my stomach started making odd noises and by the 4th day I was doubled over in pain and had gastrointestinal issues. Also my face broke out in sore pimples.While these may work well for others they just aren't for me. I'm switching back to the other brand. The other brand does finally sell some of their line on here, just not the pms gummies for some reason.

Both of my teenager daughters have been using it and it have helped so much with their acne problems. I love it

Seemed to help with moods

Felt like a waste of money. The gummies are dry and pasty. I felt no effects after 3 weeks with an onset of pms. All usual symptoms.

I dont know what to think of this product, on one hand my skin has been clear, and I think it helped with PMS bloating and breast tenderness, but I think it actually messed up my cycle and I got my cycle an entire week early. I was literally off for 2 weeks and then starting taking these and got my period immediately....so only 3 stars .
