Absolutely amazing I thank God for this product my second child was born with eczema my first child wasn’t I didn’t know how to handle it I tried everything under the sun until finally I found this totally cleared up her eczema skin is nice and smooth I use this couple with the lotion I’ll probably use it for the rest of her life! The only minor itty-bitty drawback is the top I wish it was just a cap with a flip top or press top it would make it much easier to get the product out. Is semi pricey I have to purchase this probably once every three weeks or so but I understand the price because the ingredients are natural and probably expensive. I highly recommend this product!

Well the product is great, I love it and it has helped my little guy's skin. However the packaging is difficult to say the least. The pump looks great, but it was so hard to use and now it's fallen off. I have to search for a empty bottle with a pop top or a pump, not what I want to be doing when this product should come with a reliable one especially for the price. If it wasn't for the packaging, I would rate a 5, but with an 11 month old, ease of use plays a huge factor. My hands are already tied up, I can't be fumbling with a broken or hard pump.

It is unscented and a little amount does an adequate job in cleaning the face. Never leaves the skin dry, red, or irritated. Calms the skin and gives you improved skin tone. Rinses easily too. Great for washing hands; hands remain smooth.

I would urge caution with this product. I have sensitive facial skin, and have had a lot of success using Cetaphil cleanser on my face over decades. However, I started using this product because Cetaphil contained every paraben known to man (they have since reformulated) and I was hoping to find a more "natural" product. This caused multiple dry patches on my face, the worst of which was at the corner of my left eye. I had to use steroid creams to control the rash (very scary when using steroid creams near thin and sensitive skin by the eye as it can increase eye pressure), and experimented with multiple lotions to wean myself off of the steroid creams. Eventually, I found a manuka honey-based lotion that cured it for good. But it is sad that a wash that purportedly controls eczema took an eczema-free face and gave it multiple patches of eczema. I'm sure it works for some people, but if you have sensitive skin, just test it for awhile in a small area - I didn't notice any issues until a few weeks later.

While the wash is really helping my son’s skin, each time I try to purchase the cream, and it offers a 3.4oz or an 8oz, if you select the 8oz, the product changes from a cream to a wash. Very frustrating, and it is NOT RETURNABLE.
