Saves money and the earth to reuse this than to buy individual yogurt packets. And you can buy healthier options than what comes in the packet in large containers. Smoothies would also work great in here. I’m not very creative to I’m not sure what else to put in there but we love it. I recommend it to other moms cause it also significantly cuts down on the mess of a toddler eating it from a bowl with a spoon. It’s also very travel friendly. High quality material and parts. I got this for my 10 m/o because she recently decided she only wants solids she can feed herself. That’s great but I still wanted to make sure she was getting Greek yogurt and other health foods that she doesn’t have the coordination to use a spoon for. I was worried she wouldn’t be able to figure out how to suck anything out but I put a little yogurt on the spout to get her interested and she was using it easily and mess free in seconds. I’m delighted with how easily she got started and how much she likes her yogurt and soups now that she’s in charge! Great quality, no funky smells, dishwasher safe and easy to assemble. Big win.
