I haven't used this product in years, mostly because for the most part I have been blessed with clear skin and was able to control it with these pills but for the past year or so I've been breaking out in my mid-20s and am willing to give the pills another shot to see if I see any improvement again. I am hopeful that it will work and will change the rating if for some reason I do not see any improvement. I would still recommend a prescription if you have serious acne,if anything I only have about 1-3 pimples max at any time.

I was very skeptical when my 13yo son asked for this, but I am pleased with the results. He had moderate acne(not terrible, but it bothered him a lot). It is not entirely gone, but it is about 75% gone. A real improvement. I think it is the pills, because the cream is just the usual 5% benzoyl peroxide he had used before that didn't help as much. Definitely worth a try if the usual OTC creams do not do the job for you. I just wish you could buy the pills by themselves.
