This arrived in a box about the size of a large dog food bag. Not too heavy to slide or roll along. Opened according to directions no problem. Let it in the guest room for several day for the smell to dissipate - not a bad smell. Today I went to put it on the bed and it was a little too big to fit inside my mattress top so I used an electric knife and cut it to fit. If you are putting it on top and not inside you would not have to cut it. It is very nice - much better than the thin foam that came with my mattress. I am looking forward to a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this topper.Next day update - Slept on it last night and it is wonderful!!

This topper is better quality than expected! It's definitely full queen size, and thickness is as described. It's firm and supportive, but not too firm. We actually put it on the floor for a guest, and she said it was extremely comfortable to sleep on (keep in mind that she's under 200 lbs). We're now using it on our bed, and so far, so good. No aches or pains.

Bought this mattress topper for a camper mattress that was horribly uncomfortable. After doing a lot of hiking when we camp I needed something that was comfortable, firm but without too much hardness this it it! I some very bad joint and muscle issues - this mattress is wonderful for after a hard day of hiking. My husband spent several hours napping the first two days of camping, he enjoyed the mattress so much. Very heavy mattress topper, unfortunately a pinch too long for a camper bed but able to be pulled up and fits pretty perfect for how comfortable & affordable it is!

We've had this topper for a while now. I'm so happy with it and it has saved us from shelling out thousands for a new mattress.It arrived in a medium sized box and was easy to unpack. Several mentioned a smell and there was one for a few days.The only thing we needed to add was mattress/sheet garters to keep the edges of it down. I think that's because we already had a deep mattress so the sheets slip often. (I'm also pregnant so I flip flop a lot.)

This turned out to be a better product than it seemed from the advertisement. I expected it to be simply a rectangular piece of memory foam, which is what I had purchased in the past to my satisfaction. This product, however, turned out to include not only the memory foam but also some kind of encasing; and the encasing has an extra thick layer. I am guessing that this is what was meant in the product description by "a polyester cover." In addition, as other reviewers have noted, the topper was packed well. This all seems appropriate, and I am pleased. The only disadvantage is some plastic smell of the kind that other memory foam also comes with.

Not as good as I hoped it would be. This is the second time I have bought one of these memory foam products on Amazon. I find it confusing on what one would be best to buy. The problem for me with this one is that it was too soft, it actually hurt my neck and back to sleep on it. If you have a really hard mattress, and or you like a much softer memory foam, you might do well with this. I can't recommend it however, and I don't think the quality of this foam was as good as the other one I purchased for more money off of Amazon. If you wanted a big Matt for company to sleep on the floor, this would actually work well for that, or for a camper it would be good!

I was very surprised and pleased that there was no odor at all when I unrolled the topper. The topper 'came to life' in a short time and was used the day it arrived.

You'll definitely need to air this out for a few days after getting it since it has a funny smell when you first open it. This topper has revived my old bumpy mattress and I no longer fall into the middle of the bed! It's a pretty firm, but I find it to be really comfortable and I've been sleeping really well on it. The 4 inches makes it a pretty thick topper and getting my queen size sheets over this and my queen mattress can be a bit of a struggle, but you can always buy larger sized sheets if needed.
