Aggressive rear hump, symmetrical and quite large
At the time I bought the ZA11, I was daily driving the EC1 and experimenting with a traditional palm grip. I love my EC1 and wouldn't harp on it for anything but it does have the hump that is centered which supports the arch of my fingers/hand. There is no palm support on the ec1 which is a complaint among many EC fans. The ZA11 fixes this with an aggressive hump towards the rear. I love both symmetrical and ergo gaming mice but I would love to see the ZA11 crossover with an EC1.Just know this is quite a long mouse. I have unusually long fingers so I still cant palm grip the mouse quite like I would like to be able to (you probably won't have this issue.) For claw, I've never been able to perform at my best with claw so I'm the worst person to ask. Even still, the ZA11 feels too long perhaps to comfortably claw grip but you may prefer the added extra length for claw. Either way, this is a great shape for claw. I would think a ZA12/ZA13 would be better suited for claw as they are smaller.Everyone complains about silly things on Zowie mice like the cable, side buttons, scroll wheel. Believe it or not, get yourself a mouse bungee and it's not noticeable. No joke, the side buttons on my ZA11 are firm and tactile. I like the scroll wheel as well since there are no accidental hiccups in-game. Scroll wheel is aggressively tactile and loud, which everyone wants something anything other than this.5/5 Not my daily driver but respect is given where it is deserved. The ZA lineup from Zowie is killer, just as all their mice are.
