I replaced a manual grinder and was promptly amazed. Typically it would take 1 hour to grind about 2 ounces of dried herbs. With this new electric, the process took less than 5 minutes. I was also able to grind just a bit more finely by adding a few short cycles of grinding time by pushing the switch button. Easy to clean, easy to operate, a fantastic value for grinding herbs.
