JOBSTRelief Waist High 30-40 mmHg Compression Stockings Pantyhose, Closed Toe, Black

I usually use 20-30 mmHg compression tights for my 12-14hr hospital shifts, but wanted to try something firmer to help with foot pain/swelling. I used the measurement guide and these fit great, not perfect. I assume it’s because they’re unisex. I’m a 5’4” woman and the waist comes up really high on me then rolls down to where my actual waist, but it’s not uncomfortable at all. I got the black; they are very opaque and matte and look like dress socks under pants. But they are so firm that my knee range of motion was limited while walking, causing knee soreness. After I started hang drying instead of putting them in the dryer, they feel better. I do stick them in the dryer every couple of weeks when they start to feel “loose”. These are cheaper than Juzo and hold up better than my Juzo tights. But they’re not soft like Juzo, but I’m not bothered by this. I haven’t gotten any runs in these and I really tug on them to get them on.

Stockings were suspiciously too easy to put on but we’re comfortable. A little too comfortable and did not compress as much as other 30-40 compression stockings I have owned. Most important to note is that there is a band where compression stops and it’s a little to far down the thigh for me. The band is also very distinct and I’d be concerned it would show when wearing pants.

I have tiny feet and tiny ankles but it took so much strength to get on! And I didnt notice any difference.

Keeps bunching up

I didnt like the lines in them. They were too tight for me at the ankle and foot area. For that, they could price them less than they do

Recently doctor told me to get these, never worn before. First time & can use daily or under dresses. Works great for me!

These are NOT 30-40 mmhg compression stockings. They are snug until they hit the top of your thigh. Extremely disappointed since I needed these for work and spent money on just regular tights.
