Venus Celo 10CV 10-Litre Storage Water Heater (White, BEE Star Rating - 5 Stars)

Venus heaters are simply amazing and long lasting. This purchase replaced my earlier Venus heater which worked for 20 years flat without any issues. However, the local Venus repairman gave the false impression that my twenty year old Venus heater was likely to fail even if the heating element (which had failed) was replaced. I took his bad advise and replaced it. After the new Venus installation, when I opened and checked the old Venus one - I found everything inside to be perfect and intact - that is the quality of a Venus heater.Recommendation : If you have some extra money and will use the water heater on a daily basis, I suggest buying the Venus water heater with internal Copper tanks ! They are about 30 - 40 % costlier, but in my case it lasted 20 years and would have lived some more if I had chosen to replace the heating elements which are around Rs.2K.

Product is good but AMAZON delivery is worst. It damaged the product. Dent in 2 places., due to that the product didn't work properly. Then raised complaint to Venus service. They said don't buy online. And don't buy the product in one day delivery from Amazon. Coz one day products are defective products.

After long research finally I purchased this. I had to check the warranty, hard water problem (in my case), support in my city and a few other thing like Magnesium Anode rod. But if you are not residing it metro cities then please check the support before buying. The delivery was fast. After delivery I wait for 1 day and then called up the Venus customer care number. After a few try it was connected and within next day the installation was done and it was without any charge. But since it was a new apartment and first time geyser installation, I had to buy some plumbing items and it costs me 700/- with fittings. If you already had an old geyser that you are replacing then perhaps this extra cost will not be there. This is a value for money product also. I got this for 6400/- after a card discount on it.Now, after 10 days of usage my review I am satisfied. Fast water heating, auto cut off, preset temperature option is there.

Venus is a sturdy brand. And Value for money

Those who are searching for a good gyser, go for it whiout giving 2nd thought. Venus is always excellent in performance & thanks to Amazon for timely delivery of product.But I am totally disappointed with the free installation service which is hopeless & performed by worthless technician who does not possess any experience in installation. Immediately after completing the installation, I found leakage from the angular stop cork for which I've paid Rs 200 against no money receipt. While installation, he does not use the pvc gotka as provided by venus as he was provided 20 no drill pointer for that. He use wooden gotka in this installation against my will & the reason for not installing with provided pvc gotka & the tools for that is not understood. There is no supervision of venus in this installation process as no one called me for the feedback of Installation.In view of above, I would like to request Amazon to give a positive resolution against this defective installation although I've paid Rs 200 for angular stop cork installation.

Venus Celo Geyser met my expectations so far. It has been 10 days that I got it installed and it has been doing a good Job. Water is heated to maximum of 75 Degrees in 10-15 minutes in Delhi winters. Stays hot for another 4-5 hours at least.Temperature meter is an added advantage. Another good this I liked was free installation and pipes were provided along with the geyser. It also comes with MFV (Multi Functional Valve) which adds to the safety. Hopefully, the geyser lasts for another 5-6 years.
