Trying to put this together was a nightmare because the only instruction was an exploded drawing and actually lining up the bolt holes was very hard

If you want this to work, do not use the tools provided. They’re completely useless. Instead get a screwdriver that actually fits the screw provided, and use a ratchet to tighten. Anything else won’t work. I went onto the websites page for assembly, also completely useless.What worked for me:1.I started assembly at the top of the rings (Note: I didn’t fully tighten any of the screws down until I have everything in place) you’re probably better off with the second person helping hold the rings it’s quite awkward to assemble by yourself but it can be done.2. I’ve then attached both side connector plates, with them angled down. The assembly video told me to angle them up but it just wasn’t working so I flipped them down and they fit much better.3. I tightened everything down and to be honest it’s not that bad of a product. It’ll do the jobHope this helps someone!

It was a bit challenging to assemble, but rather sturdy once complete. I appreciate that there are two rails on the ground instead of four feet that would just sink in. However, make sure you cut your wood long enough to fit across the bottom. It's too easy for stuff to fall through.

It needed to be forced together by two people armed with a rubber mallet and a sense of humor. Once together it wasn’t stable, rocked. Which wasn’t bad after we added the wood. Cover looks like it is made for a different product. Does not fit at all - at least it is oversized. Probably will blow off in the first windy rain storm. Like how it looks without it anyway. Too worn out to take it apart and return it. Which the Manufacturer is probably betting on.

I love this firewood holder. I put it outside in my fire pit area and it looks great and the cover is sturdy enough that it hasn’t been blown away by some of the heavy winds that have been happening lately. Just look at the video associated with this purchase listing in order to put it together easier. I’ll try to just look at the paper and follow directions and hooked it up the wrong way and struggled. Then I watch the video and saw that I did it incorrectly and it made it so much. I hope that it lasts.

Even though none of the pre-drilled holes for the insertion sites are lined up correctly, it seems sturdy. We'll see...Also you need to use your own wrench and screw driver. The bolts will not go on all the way with the cheap wrench that comes with it.

Using this for outdoor storage. It’s a nice product but does not hold anywhere near a 1/4 cord of ‘normal’ firewood; more like an 1/8th. It would probably come close if all you had were nicely rounded logs of uniform size. Normal firewood (like ours which came from an almond farm) comes in all kinds of shapes and sizes.We had a 1/4 cord delivered yesterday. Even carefully choosing which pieces went into the rack to maximize storage (which was way more thought than I wanted to put into this effort), it only took about half of the wood. Had to order a second rack.The cover is also good quality.

Overall it does it’s job. It holds wood. I’m not going to give a full 5 star review due to the fact that you have to assemble your self but not a huge turn off, the one I received a couple of the holes didn’t line up. Not a big deal if you have a cordless and a drill bit, lol. I use mine indoors next to my wood stove so the cover is kinda pointless for me but I found another use for it on my tree stand but all in all decent product for the price I would buy another one if I needed to in the future

Works as expected. It is stylish so having it on our front deck. Cover fits well to keep wood dry. Only issue I found is bottom of rack being wider, needs wood 18in or longer to span opening so it doesn't fall thru. Otherwise it's great.

It’s about half inch short at the bottom and does not hold your standard bagged wood size. Some wood may fit some will fall in between.

It’s just the right size. Holds lots of wood and the cover is well made.

Everything was great, decent quality, looks great, holds wood, very happy with it! Holds about 18 pc of split firewood.

Le support est beaucoup plus petit que je pensait.Mais ne vaut vraiment pas le prix que j’ai payé. D’après moi ça ne vaut pas plus de $30.et j’ai payé $155. avec taxes et livraison .Je me suis fait avoir , très déçu.
