Works like a charm and a breeze to install.
Every other disposal I've used or seen had a wall ot came abinet switch to flip. This button is handy and gives a clean counter look. Helps that polished or brushed chrome buttons and trim plates are included.

Fits a 1 1/2 inch hole!
Works perfectly! My granite counter top has a 1 1/2" diameter hole. Most air switch button bases are 1 1/4" diameter and the flange on the top would go through my 1 1/2" hole. This Moen is 1 3/8" and the flange extends beyond the 1 1/2" hole, so it won't fall through. My previous switch was a 1 1/4" and the installer used a metal washer to keep it from falling through. However, a decade later the washer rusted through and the switch fell through. This switch doesn't need a washer.
