I’ve used this line of supplement products for years. I’m talking about since I was a teenager who had first discovered the weight room. I get the same great results every time I take a cycle of this product. Of course if you’re looking to get absolutely freakish, no natural supplements will do that. That type of stuff comes from good ole fashion roids. So keep that in mind. You’ll get stronger and bang out a few more reps, but you won’t be looking like Ronnie Coleman.

This is my favorite form of creatine. I used to use the monohydrate form, but switched to this one about ten years ago. It is easier on the gastrointestinal system, is more readily available to the muscle tissues and you take less for the same, or better, results.

I like the value for the money and that it has no fillers

I've been using this brand for a couple of years and it does make a difference in my workouts. No loading period and the ease of capsules. Take two in the morning and then two about an hour before your workout. Highly recommend!
